Build a base. Harvest ore. Fight through 20 levels of the outbreak.
Build: pick a structure in the sidebar, wait for READY, then tap the map to place it (tap again to confirm on touch).
Economy: Refineries come with a Harvester that gathers ore. Keep power above demand or production slows and turrets weaken.
Units: tap to select, tap ground to move, tap a zombie to attack. Drag to box-select on desktop (use ▢ Box on touch).
Command Truck: you start with one. Drive it to a good spot, then tap the selected truck again (or Deploy HQ, or Enter) to unfold your Command HQ there. The waves don't start until you do, but if the truck is destroyed first, it's over.
Co-op (Skirmish → Players: Co-op): two bases, each with its own truck, credits and production, against one bigger horde. Share one screen (Tab or the P1/P2 button switches who you command), or play on two devices with Online co-op on the title screen: one hosts, the other joins with the room code.
Swarm (Skirmish → Horde: Swarm): no brutes or bosses, just walkers, but they sprint, and every wave is bigger than the last.
Camera: drag / pinch on touch, WASD / arrows / edge-scroll / wheel on desktop. Tap the minimap to jump.
Cancel: right click or long-press. Hold a build card to cancel it.
Zombies: easy to kill, but every bite can infect a soldier, who turns in 10 seconds. Anyone killed by zombies gets back up as one. Pull infected soldiers away from your squad.
Tanks shrug off a few zombies but get overrun by a crowd, and the crew turns. Keep them moving: tanks crush the smaller undead.
Overrun buildings aren't destroyed: the horde moves in and the building stops working. Select infantry and tap it to send them in and clear it out.
Medics and the Field Hospital heal soldiers and cure infection before they turn. Research a vaccine at the hospital and bites infect far less often for the rest of the level.
Repair Bay: select damaged vehicles and tap the bay; they park beside it and get repaired for a few credits.
A level is won when its last wave is out and every zombie is dead. Each level unlocks new buildings or units.
If your Command HQ is overrun, it's over.
